Love Me Not! Part 1

What is love? The online dictionary defines it as “a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person, and a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.” That’s just lie.  Love is just something helpless human made up due to a lack of happiness. This world is a dark place, filled with greed, poverty, and depression. It should just vanish. What’s the point of living? I believe there is nothing, nothing at all in this world. There allow happiness for those who are destined to be happy. I am not one of those many people.

                My name is Minami Kaede; most people call me Class Rep. though. You may call me whatever you wish, its fine by me. Today is just another day at school, another day where student come to school to learn, and another that the sun has risen up into the sky.  As the Class Rep. I have many responsible that I must attain. Afterward I work part-time jobs to earn a living for myself, paying rent, food, studies, and other things that are necessary for living human-being.

Today as I was about to go home, due to the lack of a part-time job today, the homeroom teacher stopped me and said-

“Ah, Class Rep. good timing as always!” As you can see even the teacher calls me Class Rep.

“Is something wrong, sensei?”

“Yes, actually can you help me? You’re the closest student living close to Arai, would you mind dropping off all todays work to him today for me? You don’t have any part-time jobs right?” As always sensei is always so upbeat and happy. Many of the students here say it’s because he’s really young for a teacher.

                 “Yea, you’re right sensei I don’t have work today. I’ll take it for you” How troublesome. Arai Sho is known as the most popular boy around here. Not that I have any interest in love or anything. It’s so troubling talking to those types to people. It’s not I actually talk to him ever yet either. 

Introducing Characters of Love Me Not!

Well for the story I'm on now is about a dream think love isn't really real, because she thinks it's only something man-kind has made up. She one day is force to bring homework to one of her classmates who is sick that day, and she has to go because one- she's the class rep., and he's popular and stuff so yea, you get where this is going. So she goes to deliver the class work, and I'm not spoiling it anymore. ;) look out for it k.

Main Charaters:

Minami Kaede (Tomo-secret behind the name o.O)- A person who doesn't stand out that much, and doesn't believes in things love. Due to always living alone by herself, she has always been alone. She grown emotionless over the years, and is just studying to get out of school and work in till she dies pretty much. Always gets 1st place on the mock exams, and never failed not to, very smart. As long as she doesn't cause trouble for other people she's fine. Kaede is called Class Rep. by most of her classmates that actually talk to her at all. She calls Sho by Arai, and Makato by Saotome.

Arai Sho- (short name huh? maybe I should change it) A somewhat popular guy (not a player by the way) who  always gets in the top 20 in the mock exams. He is the nice guy, and knows when to back off and the time and place for everything. He becomes interested in Kaede for some reason after she comes to visit he to give him classwork. He's not interested in things like love either, so he decides to befriend her and have her act as his girlfriends so all the girls can back off. He really interested into art, but no one at school knows this. Kaede discovers this later on in the story. He calls Kaede, Mina (ever now and then Mini Mi-Chan even though she only around 6 cm shorter then him.

Saotome Makato- Gets 2nd place every time on the mock exams, since Kaede doesn't stand out that much he has no clue who the person is who always get 1st place is. He is swore to get revenge on her if it the last thing he does, by getting first place. After discovering that she going out with Sho, he gets more mad think she doesn't even have to pay attention to studying but still gets 1st place (without knowing her face). He goes to confront her one day on the rooftop after school. After meeting her in person discovers that he was completely wrong about her. Makato has been known as the person with brains and looks. But something else begins to form about Kaede. He calls Kaede by Minami-san.
